Return Policy

Terms and Conditions:

• All returned items must be in new/original condition in which received. Merchandise returned in damaged condition will have associated charges.
• A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact Customer Care to obtain a return authorization.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery and return of merchandise, including the cost of "free delivery."
• Purchase price will be refunded in full, less any exchange/return/restocking fees.
• When returning an item for refund that came with a free gift, the gift's value will be deducted from the total refund.
• Custom orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of order date. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to any order cancelled or returned after 72 hours.
• All Aeron Chairs may be returned/cancelled within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, credit or size/color exchange less $75 for restocking and/or shipping.
• All Freedom and Embody Chairs on the Quick-Ship program may be returned within 30 days of receipt. There is a return/exchange charge of $99.
• All Leap Chairs on the Quick-Ship program may be returned within 30 days of receipt. There is a return/exchange charge of $75.
• All Leap/Freedom/Embody Chairs Custom Colors ordered from the factory may be returned within 30 days of receipt. There is a return/exchange charge of $149 and a 25% restocking charge.
• All All Tempur-Pedic and bedding products, EXCEPT pillows, adjustable bases, linen, and mattress protectors may be returned within 90 days of receipt for a full refund, less inbound & outbound shipping costs and the value of any free gift. Cancelled orders may be assessed inbound and outbound shipping fees.
